o Large living area: open-plan kitchen integrated with dining room and living room, large bay windows offering a view of the mountains and direct access to the balcony.
o Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room
o Separate toilet
Ground floor:
o Laundry/Ski room: washing machine, tumble dryer and ski boot dryer
o Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together with an adjoining shower room
o Bedroom 3: one double bed (160x200) with an adjoining shower room
o Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together with an adjoining shower room
o Bedroom 5: five single beds (90x200), divided into two parts

All or part of the security deposit will be withheld in the event of non-compliance with the chalet rules, including departure instructions, damage noted, exceeding the maximum number of authorised persons, or failure to respect the prohibition of animals in the chalet.
