This chalet, which can accommodate 12 to 14 people, is an invitation to reconnect, share, and breathe in a spacious and soothing setting in the heart of the Aravis. It invites everyone to savour the tranquillity of the mountains and enjoy convivial moments as they wish. Its carefully designed decor subtly blends authenticity and modernity, creating a warm and functional cocoon for both young and old. High-end amenities, refined layout, and equipment designed for absolute comfort: everything here is brought together to experience an extraordinary alpine interlude.

o Room 1: double bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower + whirlpool bath) and private WC. Sheltered access to terrace and garden.
o Room 2: double bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and private WC. Sheltered access to terrace and garden.
o Room 3: double bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and private WC. Sheltered access to terrace and garden.
o Sauna access: additional charge, reservation required (£200 / week) + liability waiver to be signed.

• Intermediate floor:

o Multipurpose multimedia room: large table and chairs, overhead projector, cinema screen and home cinema.
o Laundry room: washing machine + tumble dryer

Sauna: additional reservation 200 € /week (presentation of operation, cleaning), liability waiver to be signed.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:

The deposit of a bank imprint is mandatory to book this chalet and must be made before arrival. This bank imprint serves as a security deposit and may be used in the event of non-compliance with rental conditions.

A pre-authorisation of €2,500 will be carried out before your arrival (amount not debited, no impact on card limit).

All or part of the security deposit will be withheld in the event of non-compliance with the chalet rules, including departure instructions, damage noted, exceeding the maximum number of authorised persons, or failure to respect the prohibition of animals in the chalet.
